Тренер\ка \ Terms of reference for “Resilience Training for Livelihoods Beneficiaries” within project Ukraine Response Consortium: Providing multi-sectoral humanitarian assistance in Ukraine (2023-2024)
Background: The project Ukraine Response Consortium: Providing multi-sectoral humanitarian assistance to war-affected populations in Ukraine (2023-2024) which is undertaken with the financial support of the USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA). The purpose of the project is to improve the ability of war-affected populations inside Ukraine to meet their essential needs through unconditional cash transfers and livelihoods support.
Objective: ERC is looking for an online Resilience training service provider(s) for beneficiaries for a framework contract: from May to December 2024.
Target groups: 120 Empowering Women Ukraine participants (women with business ideas and with existing micro-/small businesses in Cherkaska, Kirovohradska, and Poltavska oblasts).
Scope of Work:
- prepare and agree on the resilience training program with the program team;
- conduct training (12 online 2-hour online webinars);
- issue the provided services in the form of an Act of completed works by the 5th of each month;
- prepare a training report upon request.
Expected Deliverables: Within the Resilience Training, 120 women with business ideas and with existing micro-/small businesses from Cherkaska, Kirovohradska, and Poltavska oblasts will improve their well-being, ability to resist exposure to hazards, accommodate, and adapt to new environments and circumstances, and be able to use self-help instruments.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements: ERC is seeking applications from individual consultants or organizations that provide respective services. The successful consultant/contractor should have a minimum of the following qualifications and experience:
- Advanced university degree, preferably in psychology or other relevant social sciences and/or 5 + years of demonstrated practical experience in resilience training facilitation and/or co-trainer;
- Demonstrated experience in conducting trainings in cooperation with humanitarian organizations;
- Demonstrated regular improvement of professional skills and qualifications;
- Preferable experience working with internally displaced, socio-economic vulnerable, and war-affected people;
- Computer literacy and availability of his/her own equipment (i.e. laptop, headset) to perform the assignment;
- Reliability and confidentiality;
- Fluent in Ukrainian.

The Proposal must include the following:
- Diploma of complete higher medical or psychological education (specialist, master);
- CV;
- Registration documents if any (FOP, LLC etc.);
- Сonfirmation of resilience training facilitation experience (certificates);
