You are a driven person eager to make your contribution to recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine already now. You are well networked in international development sector in Ukraine and navigate easily between various donors and banks. Resolving complex issues and multi-tasking is something you prefer in your day-to-day work. It is important that you are a team player with high level of self-motivation and enthusiasm.
Your main responsibilities:
- Contributing to high-quality project proposal writing for various donors
- Analysing and summarising various background documentation necessary for development of a project proposal
- Searching for potential partners
- Coordinating recruitment of experts for projects in line with client requirements
- Further development of our Facebook page in Ukraine
- Other relevant tasks
Your professional experience:
- More than five years of experience in international development cooperation in Ukraine
- Track record in bid management and development of successful project proposals
- Experience of writing and managing large bids is an asset
- At least three years of experience in recruitment
Your skills:
- Full command of English and Ukrainian
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- High degree of flexibility and time management
