Вакансія: Program Coordinator

ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks the services of a Program Coordinator in Ukraine.

Under the direct supervision of the Country Representative in Ukraine and in close partnership with staff at ICAP Headquarters in New York and Almaty, the Program Coordinator will serve as the technical lead for implementation of the CDC-funded Ukraine Recovery Project, which is focused on improving control of multi-drug-resistant organisms and hospital acquired infections. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing technical and programmatic aspects of the project, ensuring full compliance with donor regulations and requirements as well as Columbia University policies.

The Program Coordinator will also work with the Country Representative to develop and maintain highly collaborative working relationships with representatives from the host government, academic institutions, local health facilities, donors, community groups and other implementing and collaborating partners.

ICAP seeks to fill this key position of Country Representative will be based in Kyiv, Ukraine. The ideal candidate should hold a Medical Degree (or international equivalent), PhD, MPH, or other relevant advanced degree in the fields of Public Health or Medicine. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing international public health programs or projects and an ability to demonstrate experience and/or knowledge in public health program development, implementation, and monitoring in conflict settings or emergency response is a requirement.
