About Us
Global Rights Compliance (GRC) is an international human rights law foundation specialising in international humanitarian & criminal law. Since 2015, GRC has worked on the ground in Ukraine to enhance accountability for atrocity crimes via special expert groups known as Mobile Justice Teams (MJTs), these teams are composed of legal specialists and operate in both Kyiv and within the regions.
The MJT’s support the Prosecutor General’s Office and regional prosecutor’s offices. They work within the framework of the Atrocity Crimes Advisory Group (ACA), established by the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, to assist and facilitate Ukrainian law enforcement agencies in investigating and prosecuting international crimes.

We are seeking an M&E Officer who will focus on monitoring and evaluation activities for work undertaken by the Mobile Justice Teams. The role provides support to the design and implementation of internal and external evaluations, contributing to effective communication of success stories and project activities.
Duty Station Remote and in-person as needed (Ukraine, Kyiv)
Contract Duration 12 months with probable extension (the position is part-time).
The Role
● Develop and implement systems for monitoring all projects being implemented by the MJTs
● Work with the teams to create operational procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of project activities
● Collect, verify, and report M&E qualitative and quantitative data in compliance with donor requirements
● Create internal tracking systems to monitor progress on indicators and project implementation in an organised, secure, and user-friendly way
● Work closely with the teams to document relevant success stories and communicate them to donors
● Produce project communications materials in collaboration with other project staff as required
● Submit all required M&E data on time and as required by the project agreement
● Support the design and implementation of internal and external evaluations
● Respond to requests from the donor and other internal teams about M&E data, methodologies, and examples of project impact
● Any other related duties assigned by the Chief of Staff
Your Background
● 3 plus years of experience working on donor-funded projects is highly desirable
● University degree in communications, project management or political science, or any equivalent
● Familiarity and experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis, and production of reports
● Knowledge of the major evaluation methodologies (e.g., qualitative, quantitative, mixed method, and impact) and data collection and analysis methodologies
● Strong visual skills: the ability to assist with the preparation of charts and graphs in Excel and PowerPoint
● Graphic design, video, photography, and editing skills are preferable
● Experience in planning and managing surveys
● Excellent organisational and communication skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and efficiently organise the workflow of a fast-paced team
● Excellent writing, analysis, and editing skills in English
● Professional Fluency in English – written and verbal skills
