The USAID Harvest Program is implemented by Chemonics International in Ukraine. The goal of the USAID Harvest Program is to support grain and oilseed farmers, including those from marginalized and low-income groups, to restore production and income from target crops to at least pre-war levels, improve production efficiency and profitability, and enable farmers to sell their crops more successfully and profitably. The target crops of the USAID Harvest Program are: barley, corn, soybeans, sunflower, and wheat.
As part of its activities, the USAID Harvest Program collects proposals to support target farmers from 5 to 2000 hectares by providing them with access to existing analytical platforms that promote market relations between farmers and buyers, both domestic and international, provide timely analytical information on the market situation of the above crops and price analytics, conduct training and consultations, facilitating the sale of crops by farmers at more favorable prices and in more favorable terms, etc.
As a result of this RFP, the USAID Harvest Program plans to sign a fixed-price subcontract (possibly multiple subcontracts) with specific parameters and prices for the services requested. This will allow the target audience of the USAID Harvest Program to receive specified services over the next 12 months as needed.

Harvest plans to sign a subcontract tentatively on December 27, 2024.
