Junior Expert in Organic Component (100%)

The Swiss-Ukrainian Program “Higher Value-Added Trade from the Organic and Dairy Sector in Ukraine” (QFTP) – funded by the Swiss Government. The overall goal of QFTP is to promote sustainable trade and create more and better jobs by strengthening the business competitiveness and capacities of SMEs in the organic and dairy sectors.

In order to complement our highly motivated and dedicated Organic team, we are seeking a dedicated Junior Expert in the Organic Component.

Place of work: Kyiv, Ukraine

Starting date: April 1, 2025

Contract duration: until mid-2026, with option for extension until 2028

Key Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of the Organic Component Coordinator, prepare and implement trade and policy related activities in the Organic Component.
• Support the small and highly dedicated team of the Organic Component in organizational issues.
• Prepare for reporting, monitoring and evaluation of the Organic Component.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, public relations, communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant practical experience in roles with similar responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent self-management skills.
• Ukrainian citizenship, fluent in both English (C1 or C2) and Ukrainian.
