Experts for Payments Agency Team
The EU-funded project Institutional and Policy Reform for Smallholder Agriculture (IPRSA) is assisting the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine to establish an Agency for Agriculture Payments more in line with principles followed within the European Union. A number of posts are now available initially to the end of June 2025 but extendable according to progress. The positions for which applicants can apply are:
- Analyst
- Communications
- IT
- Lawyer
- Payment Control Administration
- Training
- Rural Development

Applications are invited from individuals who meet the following requirements:
- University Degree in relevant subject
- Minimum of 2 years professional working experience in areas relevant to the post applied for
- Fluent in Ukrainian language. Working knowledge of written and spoken English would be an advantage
- IT literate
- Experience of working with an EU-funded project (or that of another donor partner) would also be an advantage.
Full training will be given to all successful applicants on EU approaches to agriculture payments.
Applicants are invited to send a CV and a short letter (in English) explaining (a) why he/she wishes to apply for the position, and (b) outline the skill and experience he/she would bring to the position.
