Coordination Expert до UNDP

This assignment is part of the UNDP’s project aimed at strengthening the government system for crisis management and recovery in Ukraine, ensuring sustainability, effectiveness, and transparency in ongoing crisis and emergency coordination efforts. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (hereafter — MFA) has identified the need to simultaneously implement several interlinked projects of varying sizes to advance its digital transformation agenda. These projects are part of the broader development of services for diverse audiences, including citizens, diplomats, and others. A transparent model of cooperation between the MFA and international partners is expected to be established and managed by a unified project coordinator. In this context, UNDP is recruiting an expert with relevant experience and a proven track record for the position of Coordination Expert.

Requirements for candidates:

• A minimum of 7 years of professional work experience in project management, process coordination, digital transformation.

• Excellent oral and written skills; excellent drafting, formulation, and reporting skills. Accuracy and professionalism in document production and editing;

• Excellent interpersonal skills; culturally and socially sensitive; ability to work inclusively and collaboratively with a range of partners at different levels; familiarity with tools and approaches of communications for development;

• Ability to work and adapt professionally and effectively in a challenging environment; ability to work effectively in a multicultural team of international and national personnel;

• Solid overall computer literacy, including proficiency in various MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and email/internet; familiarity with database management; and office technology equipment;

• Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision; ability to work with tight deadlines;

• Sound security awareness;

• Advanced Master’s degree in management, international relations, or related field is required;

• Ukrainian, Level: Fluent, Required
• English, Level: Working knowledge, Required
