The EU-funded project Institutional and Policy Reform for Smallholder Agriculture (IPRSA) is helping to create a resilient, more inclusive, sustainable and competitive growth-orientated agricultural sector in Ukraine that will: improve the livelihoods of smallholder farmers and secure rural incomes; encourage the use of good agricultural practices (GAPs) and respect the environment; develop investment capacities; and support ongoing reforms for agriculture and rural development (ARD).
